Aumentano le commissioni zopa per i richiedenti. I costi vivi per istruire le pratiche di richiesta hanno spinto Zopa a rivedere gli importi delle spese fisse per i richiedenti. I maggiori centri di costo che hanno spinto Zopa verso questi aumenti sono il customer care, l'interrogazione sulle banche dati esterne per info sui richiedenti, le procedure di recupero crediti. Come si può vedere sono tutte voci che hanno un'estrema importanza per la qualità ed il funzionamento di ZOPA.
Quando i prestatori si adeguano ai tassi
Aspetto interessante di ZOPA è che gli utenti possono adeguare automaticamente i propri tassi in seguito a variazioni intervenute dall BCE. I tassi scendono? gli utenti adeguano i loro tasi al ribasso per restare nella Zona di possibile accordo.
